Privacy and data protection

What information do we collect?

• What you type in the form: name, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and suitcases, flight number (optional).
• Your location, only if you tap "Use my location" and allow it in your browser.
• The site has no accounts and takes no payments. You pay in the car at the end of the ride.

Where does your information go?

The site does not save your request on a server. After you fill in the form, the details become a ready-made WhatsApp message that reaches us when you send it. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply at that point.

For address suggestions while you type and for the estimated fare, the addresses you type are sent through our server (Cloudflare) to Google Maps services; Google processes them under its own privacy terms. Our server does not store them. If Google cannot be reached, the same details are sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim (address search) and OSRM (routing). These services can see your IP address.

If you tap "Use my location", your browser asks for permission. If you allow it, your location is sent to Google (or OpenStreetMap Nominatim if Google cannot be reached) to turn it into an address, and a map link is added to your WhatsApp message. If you do not tap the button, your location is not collected.

What stays in your browser

An unfinished form and your language choice are kept only in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us. We do not use cookies. You can remove this data by clearing local storage in your browser settings.

If you added the app to your home screen, your recent requests (up to 20: addresses, date, passengers and bags, estimated fare) are kept only on this device to show the "My requests" list; they are not sent to us. You can delete them with "Clear list".

Statistics and advertising tools

This site currently uses no visit statistics and no advertising trackers.

What do we use your information for?

To assess your request, check availability and reply to you, to carry out the ride, and to contact you if needed. We do not use your information for other purposes and we do not sell it.

The WhatsApp conversation is kept as long as the request and legal obligations require. You may ask for it to be deleted, except for information we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing.

To make a request, use the contact details on the site or WhatsApp. The data controller is the taxi operator providing this service.
